Job Description:

Gratitude Inc. is seeking a Team Leader to manage and guide a dynamic recruitment team in delivering high-quality staffing solutions. This is a remote position where you'll be responsible for overseeing the team’s performance, providing coaching and support, and ensuring recruitment processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of recruiters to meet and exceed recruitment targets.


• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and quality placements.


• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.


• Develop and implement strategies to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.


• Collaborate with other departments to understand staffing needs and adjust strategies accordingly.


• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to track team progress.


• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.


• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and industry regulations.

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.


• Strong leadership and team management skills.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.


• Proficiency in recruitment software and tools.


• High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive monthly salary of 25,000.
