Are you an organized professional with strong AutoCAD skills and experience in structural drawings? We are looking for a meticulous Document Controller to manage project documentation, maintain version control systems, and collaborate directly with our engineering and design teams!

Location: Shah Alam, Malaysia

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
-----------------------------------------------
• Document Management: Maintain and organize project documentation, drawings, and version control systems.
• Drawing Reviews: Review and verify AutoCAD structural diagrams for accuracy and project compliance.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with the design and engineering teams to track document flows.
• Reporting & Tracking: Prepare and update master document registers, logs, and submittal tracking sheets.

REQUIREMENTS:

1–2 years of proven experience as a Document Controller (Fresh Graduates with relevant skills are welcome to apply!).
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Required).
Solid understanding and working knowledge of Structural drawings.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines and SLAs.
