You'll manage strategic accounts, engage with leading enterprises and hyperscale operators, and deliver world-class infrastructure solutions across Malaysia.

What You'll Do

As a Technical / Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing strategic relationships and delivering integrated data center solutions.

Your responsibilities include:

• Manage and grow strategic relationships with large enterprises, colocation providers, and hyperscale data center customers.

• Develop and execute account plans to increase revenue and expand solution adoption across multiple product categories.

• Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market intelligence.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend tailored end-to-end data center infrastructure solutions.

• Collaborate with solution engineers, marketing, and project delivery teams to prepare compelling technical and commercial proposals.

• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across the product portfolio.

• Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, channel partners, and key decision-makers to influence project specifications and secure new business.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.

• Manage sales pipelines, prepare accurate forecasts, and provide regular management reports.

• Lead commercial negotiations and successfully close high-value enterprise deals.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of B2B Sales or Business Development experience.

• Proven experience selling infrastructure, IT, electrical, or technology solutions.

• Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, strategic account management, and solution selling.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to build long-term relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.

• Must possess a valid driver's license and own transportation.

• Willing to travel within and outside Klang Valley when required.

• Able to join immediately or within a short notice period.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience selling Data Center Infrastructure Solutions.

• Experience working with enterprise customers, colocation providers, or hyperscale data center operators.

• Knowledge of critical infrastructure solutions, electrical systems, or mission-critical environments.

• Experience managing large strategic accounts and complex solution sales.
