Location: Balakong, Selangor, Malaysia

Gross Salary: RM 5,000 – RM 9,000/month (including allowances, depending on experience)
Travelling Allowance: RM 700 within Klang Valley

About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales professional to join our Data Center Business Unit.

The role focuses on managing and expanding Domestic and Global Key Accounts, including large enterprises, colocation providers and hyperscale data centers.

You will drive strategic engagement and revenue growth across a comprehensive portfolio of Data Center solutions, including:

Racking Systems
Containment
Cable Management
UPS
Busway & PDUs
Cooling Solutions
Cabling Infrastructure

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in B2B Enterprise Sales / Business Development, preferably with experience in Data Center infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage strategic relationships with large enterprises, colocation operators and hyperscalers

• Develop account plans to drive revenue growth and solution adoption

• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities

• Conduct customer needs analysis and propose suitable solutions

• Collaborate with solution engineering, marketing and project delivery teams

• Monitor market trends, customer feedback and competitor offerings

• Coordinate with channel partners, consultants and contractors

• Influence specifications and project opportunities

• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates

• Lead commercial negotiations, proposals and contract closures

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, IT or related field
Minimum 3 years of B2B Sales / Business Development experience
Experience in Data Center / Infrastructure / IT / Electrical domains preferred
Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles and account management
Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
Data Center sales experience is highly preferred
Willing to travel outstation
Must have own transport
Preferably available to join immediately
Age: Below 40 years
