As a Tech Lead - SCCM, you play a crucial role in the design, configuration, and implementation of System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) products and other Microsoft System Center and Infrastructure solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your expertise in SCCM, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, and Win Client solutions while working in a modern work environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and implement/upgrade System Center Configuration Manager products and other Microsoft System Center and Infrastructure solutions.
- Manage device management, application deployment, compliance management, software management, patch management, and reporting within SCCM.
- Administer and configure Microsoft Intune and SCCM in an enterprise environment.
- Design, engineer, configure, administer, maintain, and support Configuration Manager deployed in customer environments.
- Implement and manage Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
- Manage OS image deployment for large corporate environments.
- Deploy, install, and administer Microsoft Office, Adobe, and other core products.
- Possess functional working and debugging knowledge of iOS devices, Android devices, and Microsoft Windows operating systems.
- Check-in, test, and deploy global client application packages on client systems worldwide.
- Administer and deploy System Center Certification with the latest version.
- Test and implement OS and application-related patches and service packs.
- Manage, remediate, and report on device/workstation compliance as per UCB policies.
- Design device inventory, distribution, metering, and compliance reports based on customer requirements.
- Automate processes and systems to ensure compliance with UCB standards and regulatory requirements.
- Possess technical skills in endpoint management and endpoint security, particularly with preferred Microsoft technologies.
- Manage network components such as TCP/IP, iSCSI, DNS, DHCP, domain controller replication, and organizational unit management.
- Design reports for SCCM and Intune console.
Must-have Skills:
- Experience in SCCM, including device management, app deployment, compliance management, software management, patch management, and reporting.
- Proficiency in administering and configuring Microsoft Intune and SCCM in an enterprise environment.
- Knowledge of OS image deployment for large corporate environments.
- Strong experience in deploying and administering Microsoft Office, Adobe, and other core products.
- Familiarity with iOS, Android, and Microsoft Windows operating systems.
- Ability to check-in, test, and deploy global client application packages.
- Expertise in System Center Certification.
- Understanding of device/workstation compliancy and reporting.
- Automation skills and the ability to ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
- Technical knowledge of endpoint management and endpoint security.
Good-to-have Skills:
- Ability to provide technical expertise, guidance, and strategic recommendations to other IT groups.
- Extensive knowledge of call logging systems such as BMC Remedy, Peregrine, etc.
- Understanding of the latest Windows Operating Systems (Server and Client OS).
- Knowledge of MS SQL query building.
- Familiarity with active directory backup technologies (Veeam, NetBackup, HP DP).
- Understanding of antivirus, compliance patch management, and storage.
- Awareness of the latest tools and technologies in the industry.
- Strong collaboration skills to investigate and resolve issues across the ecosystem.

Shifts: Normal office hours, but job nature may require extra hours and weekend support based on the needs of the support company.
