We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Press Brake Machine Operator to join our production team. If you have experience in metal fabrication, enjoy working with precision machinery, and take pride in producing high-quality components, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As a CNC Press Brake Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include:

• Set up and operate CNC Press Brake machines to produce precision metal components.

• Perform machine adjustments and changeovers to support different product lines and material specifications.

• Read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings (blueprints) and production instructions.

• Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers and micrometers to ensure they meet engineering specifications.

• Monitor machine performance and maintain consistent product quality throughout production.

• Coordinate with Warehouse and Production teams to ensure a smooth flow of materials and components.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment by following housekeeping standards.

• Support the training and development of team members when required.

• Comply with workplace health and safety policies and perform other duties assigned by management.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience operating CNC Press Brake machines.

• Experience working in the metal fabrication industry.

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings and blueprints.

• Strong understanding of engineering tolerances and precision manufacturing.

• Experience setting up machines for different products and material requirements.

• Familiarity with precision measuring tools such as:

  • Vernier Calipers

  • Micrometers

• Good knowledge of workplace health and safety practices.

• Physically fit and capable of performing production-related tasks.

• Able to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
