About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Machine Operator – Bend / CNC Press Brake to operate CNC press brake machines and produce precision metal-fabricated components according to engineering specifications. The ideal candidate should have strong machine setup skills, knowledge of engineering drawings, and experience in the metal fabrication industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Press Brake machines to produce precision parts.

• Verify finished workpieces against specifications using precision measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers and micrometers.

• Perform operational activities related to bending machines.

• Change and adjust machinery for different product lines and material requirements.

• Coordinate with Warehouse and Production teams to ensure smooth material and component flow.

• Maintain good housekeeping and workplace standards.

• Follow all applicable health and safety procedures.

• Support training activities when required.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of direct experience operating CNC Press Brake machines.

• Experience in the Metal Fabrication Industry is required.

• Knowledge and understanding of engineering-specified tolerances.

• Ability to read and understand Mechanical Engineering Drawings / Blueprints.

• Strong knowledge of CNC machine setup and adjustments.

• Ability to handle multiple machine setups based on different products and material requirements.

• Knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures.

• Physically fit to perform required duties.

• Independent, responsible, and self-motivated.

• Good team player with the ability to work with employees at all levels.

• Minimum Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or a related field.

Working Hours

Initial Working Hours: 8:30 AM–6:00 PM

Future Shift Schedule: 12-hour shifts

• 8:00 AM–8:00 PM

• 8:00 PM–8:00 AM

Compensation & Benefits

• Gross Salary: RM 2,000–RM 2,400 per month, including allowance.

• Transport Allowance: RM 100–RM 125.

• Attendance Allowance: RM 75.
