Designation: Lead Associate  

Requirements

The candidate must have general insurance experience.

"Minimum Experience:  6 to 12 months*

Salary from RM 3,000 to RM 6,000

Education: You must be a graduate of any discipline.

New Job Description 

•    Act as a subject Expert for all Bordereaux processed by team

•    Responsible for bridging knowledge gaps of processing teams 

•    Custodian of all work instructions

•    Primary responsibility to share process updates and changes 

•    Ensure calibration of knowledge with broking teams, Quality & Training teams through an established framework

•    Conduct knowledge tests and refreshers to bridge knowledge gaps identified through onshore feedback, Quality evaluation and Training teams 

•    Act as the first point of contact for the processing team for query resolution; first pass review before queries sent onshore

•    Graduate (any stream) with overall 4–6 years  of Insurance experience 

•    Understanding of broker value chain

•    At least 2 years of Lloyd’s and London Market experience 

•    Lloyd’s and London Market certifications will be an added advantage

•    Good verbal & written English & Mandarin communication Skills

•    Customer service & problem-solving mindset 

•    Attention to detail

•    Teamwork

•    Ability to handle pressure and adaptable to change
