HR Admin. (HR Generalist, HR Operations, Shared Service Generalist) Associate
1-3 years of experience in HR Administration processes (Employee Data Management, Benefit Admin, Compensation Admin, Performance Management) process with at least 2 years in Experience in HR organization Must Have
• Graduate in any stream
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Results and deadline driven
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Minimum 1 year Experience with HR systems and tools such as SuccessFactors, SAP, Workday etc
• Computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Proficient in Chinese Mandarin & English language (Read, Write, Speak)
Good to have
• Experience specific to Hire to Retire Data administration for Global (US , EMEA, APAC) clients will be added advantage.
HR Generalist, HR Operations, Shared Service Generalist:
• • Process Hire to Retire transactions which may include::
o Create/ update positions
o Create New Employee records
o Provide new hire info to Payroll/ Benefits
o Update Job and Salary related Changes
o Creating of employee verification letters
o Changes to employee data
o Process Job Requisition (Create & Amend Requisition)
o Receive info on mass upload and make changes
o Employment Reference Letters/verification of Employment letters (Digitally)
o Update Voluntary and involuntary exit Data in System
o Support in updating Redundancy and redeployment activities in updating Employee data in system
o Escalate non-transactional, production, issues promptly and according to established protocols
o Maintain service level agreements
Process Specialist:
Level : JL 3A
Salary : MYR 4k - 6k
HR Admin. (HR Generalist, HR Operations, Shared Service Generalist) SME
3-5 years of experience in HR Administration (Employee Data Management, Benefit Admin, Compensation Admin, Performance Management) process with at least 2 years in Experience in HR organization Must Have
• Graduate in any stream
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Results and deadline driven
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Minimum 2 year Experience with HR systems and tools such as SuccessFactors, SAP, Workday etc
• Computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)

• Process & support Hire to Retire transactions
• Process & perform quality checks on all HR transactions and Recruitment admin activities.
• Provide assistance on resolving level 2 & 3 level questions on all HR transactions and Recruitment admin activities.
• Escalate non-transactional, production, issues promptly and according to established protocols
• Participate and contribute towards process transformation & automations
• Respond to escalated issues from HR professionals, and HR managers
• Supports TL in training, daily reviews and escalations resolutions
