Enterprise Sales Executive – Data Center Solutions (B2B Technical Sales)

Location: Balakong, Selangor
Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: RM5,000 – RM9,000 (Gross, inclusive of allowances)
Travel Benefits:

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Enterprise Sales Executive to join our Data Center Solutions team. This role is responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with large enterprises, colocation providers, hyperscale data centers, consultants, and system integrators, while driving revenue growth across a portfolio of mission-critical infrastructure solutions.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B technical sales, particularly within Data Center, IT Infrastructure, Electrical Infrastructure, or Critical Power Solutions.

• Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS)

• Power Distribution Units (PDUs)

• Busway Systems

• Precision Cooling Solutions

• Structured Cabling Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic relationships with enterprise customers, colocation providers, and hyperscale data center operators.

• Identify new business opportunities while expanding existing key accounts.

• Develop account strategies to increase revenue and solution adoption across multiple infrastructure product lines.

• Conduct customer needs analysis and recommend end-to-end data center infrastructure solutions.

• Work closely with Solution Engineers, Marketing, and Project Delivery teams to prepare technical proposals.

• Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities across the product portfolio.

• Influence project specifications by working with consultants, contractors, and channel partners.

• Monitor industry trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to strengthen market positioning.

• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business updates.

• Lead commercial negotiations and successfully close enterprise sales opportunities.

Required Qualifications

Mandatory

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of B2B Sales or Business Development experience.

• Demonstrated experience selling Data Center Infrastructure, IT Infrastructure, Electrical Infrastructure, or other technical enterprise solutions.

• Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, solution selling, and key account management.

• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Own vehicle and valid driver's license.

• Willing to travel within Malaysia when required.

• Able to work onsite in Balakong, Selangor.

Highly Preferred
