About the Role

We're hiring Customer Service Executives fluent in Traditional Mandarin and English to support a leading Taiwan E-Hailing Project. This role is ideal for candidates with strong multilingual communication skills and experience in customer service, call center, live chat, email support, and customer care.

You will provide exceptional support to customers through multiple communication channels while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and meeting operational KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email.

• Assist customers with general inquiries, complaints, feedback, and service-related concerns.

• Provide accurate information and timely resolutions while delivering excellent customer service.

• Meet productivity, quality, KPI, and SLA targets.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Handle multiple customer requests efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational goals and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.

• Completed SPM, UEC, or IGCSE qualification.

• Fluent in Traditional Mandarin and English (Reading, Writing, and Speaking).

• Good computer literacy and typing skills.

• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

• Customer service or BPO experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Eligibility (Non-Negotiable)

• Candidates must be at least 18 years old.

• SPM, UEC, or IGCSE qualification is mandatory.

• Fluency in Traditional Mandarin and English is mandatory.

• Must be willing to work onsite in Johor Bahru.

• Must be willing to work 24-hour rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• Good computer literacy, typing skills, and the ability to multitask are required.
