About the Role

We're looking for Customer Service Executives fluent in Traditional Mandarin, Cantonese, and English to join a leading Hong Kong E-Hailing Customer Support team. This role is ideal for candidates with strong multilingual communication skills who enjoy helping customers through voice, live chat, and email support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email.

• Resolve customer concerns related to e-hailing services, accounts, bookings, payments, and general inquiries.

• Provide professional, accurate, and timely customer support.

• Meet customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, KPI, and SLA targets.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow established procedures.

• Manage multiple customer requests efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Collaborate with team members to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.

• Completed SPM, UEC, or IGCSE qualification.

• Fluent in Traditional Mandarin, Cantonese, and English (Reading, Writing, and Speaking).

• Good computer literacy and typing skills.

• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

• Customer service, call center, live chat, or email support experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Eligibility (Non-Negotiable)

• Candidates must be at least 18 years old.

• SPM, UEC, or IGCSE qualification is mandatory.

• Fluency in Traditional Mandarin, Cantonese, and English is mandatory.

• Must be willing to work onsite in Johor Bahru.

• Must be willing to work 24-hour rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• Good computer literacy, typing skills, and the ability to multitask are required.
