We are looking for a dedicated and skilled CNC Turret Punch Machine Operator to join our growing production team. If you have experience operating CNC machinery, enjoy precision manufacturing, and are committed to producing high-quality work, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As a CNC Turret Punch Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include:

• Set up and operate CNC Turret Punch machines to manufacture precision metal components.

• Ensure finished products meet engineering specifications using precision measuring tools such as Vernier calipers and micrometers.

• Perform machine setup and adjustments for different product lines and material requirements.

• Read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings (blueprints) and production instructions.

• Monitor machine performance and maintain consistent product quality throughout production.

• Coordinate with Warehouse and Production teams to ensure a smooth flow of materials and components.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by following housekeeping and safety standards.

• Assist with training and knowledge sharing when required.

• Perform other production-related duties assigned by management.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience operating CNC Turret Punch Machines.

• Experience working in the metal fabrication industry.

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings and blueprints.

• Good understanding of engineering tolerances and precision manufacturing.

• Experience setting up machines for different products and material specifications.

• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments, including:

  • Vernier Calipers

  • Micrometers

• Knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures.

• Physically fit and able to perform production-related tasks.

• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
