Location: Balakong, Selangor, Malaysia
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: Initially 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM. Candidates must be willing to transition to a 12-hour rotating shift (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM / 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM).

Job Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Press Brake Machines to produce precision metal components.

• Inspect finished workpieces using precision measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers and micrometers to ensure they meet engineering specifications.

• Perform daily operational activities related to CNC bending machines.

• Coordinate with the Warehouse and Production teams to ensure a smooth flow of materials and components.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

• Support training activities as required.

• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience operating CNC Press Brake Machines in the metal fabrication industry.

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings (blueprints).

• Strong understanding of engineering tolerances and precision measurements.

• Experience setting up CNC machines and performing multiple machine changeovers for different products and materials.

• Knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures.

• Physically fit and capable of handling production-related tasks.

• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and a strong team player.

• Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
