  Accounts Payable, Senior Accountant Your future position?

  
  
  

  As an Accounts Payable, Senior Accountant, you will be a part of us, an Accounts Payable team in Givaudan Business Solutions (GBS). You will perform Accounts Payable tasks for us in our APAC production sites to ensure the short time supply delivery. You will report to our AP, Team Leader.

• Park and post RM, IM&S, Freight, contract & Non-PO vendor invoices in Japanese language 


• Daily Communication with local vendors and local stakeholders to resolve vendor invoice and payment issues


• Follow-up on parked items. 


• Answer internal stakeholder queries.


• Perform invoice/credit memo corrections. Participate/ organize internal and external query resolution calls 


• Root cause analysis of reoccurring errors

  Your professional profile includes:

  
  


• Languages: Candidate must be able to read and write in in Japanese language is MUST to handle Japan operations to resolve invoice issues and answer vendors invoice and payment queries.


• Able to communicate in English as well.


• Professional experience: minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in multinational companies


• Experienced in handling Accounts Payable for Vietnam country is an added advantage.


• Knowledge of VAT & WHT is an advantage
