About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst to manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) operations in a shared services environment. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in invoice processing, supplier payments, SAP, month-end closing, reconciliations, and AP compliance, while supporting continuous process improvements and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field

• Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, MIA) are an advantage

• At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Transactional Accounting, or Shared Services

• Experience with SAP or other ERP/Accounting systems is required

• Proficiency in Japanese and English (reading, writing, and speaking) for business communication

• Experience in invoice processing, supplier payments, reconciliations, and month-end closing

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

• Knowledge of AP compliance, audits, and process improvement initiatives is an advantage
