Position: Technical / Enterprise Sales Executive – Data Center Solutions

Location: Balakong, Selangor, Malaysia

Salary: RM5,000 – RM9,000 Gross (Based on Experience)

Travel Allowance:
• RM700 (Within Klang Valley)
• RM50 Toll Allowance
• Petrol Card (Provided upon Confirmation)
• Company Mobile Phone Provided

Working Hours:
Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (Engineering, Business, IT or related discipline)

‍ Experience: 3+ Years (Enterprise Sales / B2B Sales / Business Development)

Travel: Must be willing to travel outstation

Own Vehicle: Mandatory

Preferred: Immediate Joiners

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical / Enterprise Sales Executive to join our Data Center Business Unit. This role focuses on developing and managing strategic relationships with Large Enterprises, Colocation Providers, and Hyperscale Data Center customers, driving business growth through consultative selling and enterprise account management.

The successful candidate will promote end-to-end Data Center Infrastructure Solutions, working closely with engineering and project teams to deliver value-driven solutions for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic relationships with Enterprise, Colocation, and Hyperscale Data Center customers.

• Drive new business acquisition while growing existing key accounts.

• Prepare and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets.

• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across the complete Data Center solutions portfolio.

• Understand customer infrastructure requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.

• Collaborate with Solution Engineering, Marketing, Project Delivery, and Internal Sales teams.

• Build relationships with consultants, contractors, system integrators, and channel partners to secure project specifications.

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, presentations, and customer demonstrations.

• Lead commercial negotiations and successfully close business opportunities.

• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, CRM records, and management reports.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the Data Center industry.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of B2B Enterprise Sales or Business Development experience.

Experience selling solutions within one or more of the following industries:

• Data Center Infrastructure

• Electrical Solutions

• IT Infrastructure

• Industrial Solutions

• Critical Power

• Network Infrastructure

Compensation & Benefits

Gross Salary: RM5,000 – RM9,000 (Depending on experience)
