Job Overview

We are hiring Procurement Team Members with experience in sourcing and transactional procurement. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in procurement operations, supplier coordination, sourcing activities, and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement transactions from requisition to purchase order processing.

• Support sourcing activities and spot-buy requirements.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure timely procurement execution.

• Track and expedite purchase orders to meet delivery commitments.

• Resolve procurement-related queries and issues through procurement helpdesk support.

• Conduct supplier quotation analysis and recommend cost-effective sourcing solutions.

• Ensure compliance with procurement processes and organizational policies.

• Maintain procurement records and system data accuracy.

Required Experience & Skills

• 1–10 years of experience in sourcing and transactional procurement.

• Experience in direct and indirect materials procurement.

• Hands-on experience in:

  • Purchase Requisition (PR) Processing

  • Purchase Order (PO) Creation and Amendments

  • PO Confirmations

  • Expediting Activities

  • Supplier and User Query Resolution

• Experience in spot buying activities:

  • Sending RFQs/Enquiries

  • Collecting and Evaluating Quotations

  • Comparative Analysis of Supplier Bids

  • Providing Sourcing Recommendations

• Working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle.

• Strong MS Office and Excel skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Customer-centric and results-oriented approach.

• Strong stakeholder, supplier management, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Profile

• Experience across both sourcing and procurement operations.

• Ability to manage multiple procurement activities simultaneously.

• Knowledge of procurement best practices and process improvement initiatives.

• Project management capabilities.
