Education & Experience:
Graduates – B.Com / BBA
Minimum experience of 2 to 6 years in P2P process

 
P2P knowledge/experience – Invoice processing, Payments, Travel & Expense
Good written and verbal communication
Good understanding of Business e-mail writing etiquette
Good Analytical Skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
Working knowledge of MS Office, Oracle & HighRadius

Desired Requirements:
Worked in Oracle, P2P Service Now issue resolution process

Key tasks and responsibilities:
Processes Invoice exceptions, Handling payment queries, process T& E request in Concur
To maintain daily SLA’s
Reconciliation of Vendor account
Research and resolve discrepancies
Query resolution - Handling onshore and offshore team queries
Ensuring the SOP’s are updated timely
