Location: Chennai

Experience: 3-8 Years

Band: BPO 2/3

Salary: Up to 9 LPA
Shift: US Shift 5 PM till 4 AM IST

Desired Education Commerce Graduate (B.Com)


Desired Experience

● Experience in any of the HR/Payroll activities e.g.

▪ Employee Data Management

▪ Payroll (Timesheet / Tax / Payroll Audit / Post

payroll reporting)

▪ Compensation & Benefits Administration

● Hands on experience of MS office tools and various ERPs

● Sound understanding of Six Sigma concepts

Desired Skills

● Excellent communication

● Good analytical skills

● Good MS Office tools knowledge


Job Responsibilities

● Tax Entries

● Garnishments

● Special payments / Deduction updates

● Processed child support orders, levies, garnishments and

verification of earnings

● Communicating with US Attorney, Court, Government

agency for garnishment related issue

● Uploading garnishment document from difference source

in the system to get it processed on time.
