Education:
• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
• Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream- B.Com, M.Com, MBA Fin or similar

Must Have Skills:
AR French language - French expert with very good knowledge in accounting and AR (Cash app, billing and helpdesk)
Language requirement – English & French
Proficiency in French language

Good understanding of IFS ERP

Good-to-Have Skills:
Hands on exp in IFS ER

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:
Downloading of Bank statements for all accounts from Share Drive/Portal
Providing bank statements, remittances and correspondences received to the collectors on the same day
Performing the regular standard tasks of Customer Invoicing Processing function
Perform Credit check as per process
Ensure that cash is applied only based on the defined process without exceptions
Collate all remittances for the Cash/Wire/Cheque payments received and apply to the correct invoice using Remittance Advice from customers or related.
Reconcile orders to match customer books, including validating credits or debits and sending them to customer for collection or refund
Providing details of un-applied and unidentified cash to all collectors on a daily basis and follow up proactively to get details of applications
Support query resolution via email

**PAN and DOB is required to create employee profile in the database**
**Graduation is compulsory**
