Manage daily customer interactions with zero downtime, ensuring SLAs are consistently met. Exceed performance thresholds, focusing on KPIs like RSAT, AHT, and customer experience. Adapt to changes and apply feedback.Excellent communication,team player,leadership,positive attitude and brand promotion. 1 year international voice experience. Open to shifts,weekends, and 9 hour call shifts.Relevant experience needed.
